Practice with me
Weekly Schedule
Weekly schedule for in person classes in Ayrshire, Scotland coming soon - Summer 2026
My classes invite you to connect breath with movement in a fluid, energising sequence, designed to leave you feeling grounded, strong and centred. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you will be offered plenty of options to support your body and honour your personal practice.
Expect a creative mix of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, strength building and mindful transitions – all woven together with intention and gentle yoga philosophy to guide and inspire you on and off the mat. Each class includes time to centre at the beginning and nourishing breathwork and meditation towards the end.
Come as you are, move in a way that feels good and flow at your own pace. This is your time to reconnect - with your breath, your body and yourself.
