Hi I'm Natalie

I work with women at pivotal turning points - often navigating loss, burnout, transition, identity shifts or quiet dissatisfaction. Outwardly, life may look successful. Inwardly, something feels misaligned.

They know they can no longer live on autopilot.

Through nourishing health and wellbeing, aligning life with what matters most and creating conditions to thrive, I help people move out of survival mode and consciously redesign their lives around balance, vitality and a future they truly desire.

Yoga

Discover a practice that offers more than movement – a space to slow down, reconnect and realign.  Whether you’re looking for the grounding rhythm of a regular class or the personalised support of one-to-one sessions, my classes aim to nourish your body, calm your mind and return you to balance.

Coaching programmes

Immerse yourself in a carefully curated 1:1 or group coaching programme that weave together nutrition, mindful movement, nervous system regulation and behaviour change, grounded in over 20 years of professional experience and lived personal reinvention. Each programme is based on the MYSELF method. A six pillar framework, encompassing my unique blend of knowledge, skills and experience designed to put wellbeing first so that growth becomes natural, sustainable and aligned to the version of you you’re ready to become.
