Nourish, Align & Thrive with me
My work integrates nutrition, mindful movement, nervous system regulation and behaviour change, grounded in over 20 years of professional and lived personal experience.
I’m clinically trained as a Registered Dietitian, with postgraduate qualifications and experience in coaching, behaviour change and adult education.
I understand nervous system regulation, as a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
Beyond my professional training, I know how it feels when the life you thought you were meant to live is no longer possible. To lose yourself whilst trying to hold it all together. To move through survival mode, anxiety, grief, heartbreak, motherhood, healing, and eventually growth.
Over the past few years, I’ve rebuilt my life intentionally. Living internationally, navigating change, and creating a lifestyle and career that feel deeply aligned with who I am.
This journey brought me back home to myself through yoga, breath, nourishment, nature and deep inner work.
Not perfectly. Not all at once. But through small, meaningful shifts over time.
Now I help other women do the same.
What makes me different?
A wellbeing-first approach
When the nervous system is supported, the body is nourished, energy is restored. Clarity strengthens, self-trust deepens and confidence builds.
Wellbeing becomes the catalyst, leading to meaningful, aligned growth and lasting change.
I work with self-aware women in seasons of transition.
Many are navigating loss, burnout, career or relationship changes, midlife hormonal shifts or the quiet identity transitions that come as life evolves. On the outside, they are still functioning - capable, reliable, used to holding it all together.
But inwardly, they feel depleted, disconnected or quietly overwhelmed. Some recognise they have been operating in survival mode for far longer than they realised, constantly coping, adapting, pushing through.
They are not in crisis, but they know something needs to change.
They are ready to stop just getting through and start living with greater clarity, balance and intention.
Through a structured wellbeing-first approach, I guide them from survival mode to stability, from stability to alignment, and from alignment to empowered growth.
“I know how it feels when the life you thought you were meant to live no longer aligns.”
My StoryI qualified as a registered dietitian in 1998 and practiced throughout the UK for over 20 years. Completing post graduate study in advanced dietetic practice, behaviour change, coaching and adult education. A passionate teacher and educator, I have always been driven to help others.
I grew up in the West of Scotland,
diabetes, women’s health and health education. Developing and delivering holistic wellbeing programs, empowering individuals to self-manage their health. My work extended to training other professionals, guest lecturing at two UK universities and leading services both in private practice and within the NHS. Through one-to-one and group coaching, I have supported hundreds of people in improving their health and wellbeing.
I specialised in weight management,
after the death of my son Aidan, in 2013. Over the following years, I gradually developed a dedicated yoga practice and gained a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy. This practice helped me to slow down, cultivate acceptance, grow and heal from the trauma, unhealthy patterns and physical pain related to my son’s illness and death. My practice also nurtured self-awareness and personal growth, allowing me to see that it is possible to live a full and wholehearted life whilst carrying loss.
Yoga became a regular part of my life much later,
with my husband and two children. Working on myself empowered me to live a life that feels true to who I am, prioritising myself and my family while embracing travel, growth, and adventure. In 2020, I completed my first 200hr yoga teacher training in Istanbul. Since then, I have continued to deepen my study, practice, and teaching experience across Asia and Europe.
I now hold a 500 RYT certification as an advanced yoga teacher and have had the pleasure of leading yoga classes, workshops, and retreats for people from all over the world.
Since 2019 I have been living internationally
With a unique blend of knowledge, skills and experience. I now guide life redesign through wellbeing foundations. I curate complete wellbeing experiences that support balance, growth and vitality across every level - mind, body and soul.
In 2026 I return to the UK
