Immerse yourself in a carefully curated 1:1 or group coaching programme that weave together nutrition, mindful movement, nervous system regulation and behaviour change, grounded in over 20 years of professional and lived personal experience.
These are complete wellbeing experiences supporting balance, growth and vitality across every level – body, mind and soul. Supporting you to create an intentional life, with wellbeing at the centre, one that feels great to live (doesn’t just look good from the outside).
Each programme is based on the MYSELF methodA six pillar framework, encompassing my unique blend of knowledge, skills and experience, designed to put wellbeing first so that growth becomes natural, sustainable and aligned to the version of you you’re ready to become. Through this approach, wellbeing becomes the catalyst for meaningful growth and lasting change.
The MYSELF programme
Designed for women at pivotal turning points, often navigating loss, burnout, transition, identity shifts or quiet dissatisfaction. Outwardly, life may look successful. Inwardly, something feels misaligned. You know something needs to change.
In the MYSELF programme I will guide you through three progressive phases of evolution. Each phase builds upon the last, creating a sustainable pathway from survival mode to intentional living, always led by wellbeing.
Phase one: Nourish – This is the foundation. We begin by creating safety in the body and steadiness in the mind. Through intentional slowing and conscious restoration, we regulate the nervous system, replenish energy and reconnect with ourselves.
The Nourish phase includes:
Nervous system regulation, intentional slowing and creating space
Prioritising restorative sleep
Breathwork and simple meditation practices
Gentle, restorative yoga for reconnection
Nourishing nutrition guidance
Gentle walking and time in nature
Supportive self-care practices
What is built here becomes the foundation for everything else that follows.
Phase two: Align - Here we move from recovery to direction. With restored energy and greater stability, we strengthen self-trust and align daily behaviours with what truly matters. This is where clarity deepens and sustainable habits take root.
The Align phase includes:
Rebuilding vitality through personalised nutrition
Yoga flows to strengthen body awareness and confidence
Introduction to structured exercise
Deepening self-awareness through journaling and reflective practices
Strengthening self-trust and reconnecting with intuition
Mindset work - gratitude, goal setting and belief exploration
Aligning behaviours with meaningful goals
Here we establish patterns that support long-term wellbeing and growth.
Phase three: Thrive - Thrive is expansion. With clarity and self-trust established, we step into empowered growth and conscious creation. Here we strengthen the body and mind, embody the mindset and behaviours of our future self, and intentionally create a meaningful life centred around wellbeing.

The foundations remain, they simply evolve. Wellbeing becomes the catalyst leading to restored vitality, meaningful growth, renewed clarity and a more intentional life that feels great to live.
